Ron Montes had bankruptcies, evictions, and other court judgments against he and his wife Valerie Montes. They inherited money and invested it into their scam. Now they will lose everything as the swift hand of justice wipes them out. FREEMASON RONALD R. MONTES CAUGHT STEALING HOME OF DYING MAN - SEEKING INDICTMENT FOR REAL ESTATE FRAUD

GREEDY MASON HYPOCRITE

RONALD R. MONTES
GRAND MASTER MASON
OAKLAND SCOTTISH RITE TEMPLE
OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA

The criminal investigation is seeking the indictment of:
The above named individuals were behind a terrible plot to steal a dying man's home. Three of the culprits in their 70s were captured on security video during a clumsy effort to pull off the heist in Emeryville, California. Ronald Montes and his wife Valerie were caught red-handed while conspiring to pass off bogus real estate deeds with their long-time friend Fabio B. Garcia. The victim and his family were appalled when they learned Ronald Montes had been planning to steal their home without their knowledge.

"We considered Fabio Garcia a friend of the family, and so we trusted him." the victim's mother said. Acting as trustee for the family who lived in the Midwest, they gave Garcia powers to act on their behalf. The first sign of trouble was when Garcia suddenly stopped returning their calls. The fraud was confirmed when they discovered that Garcia had secretly deeded their home to his long-time friends Freemason Ronald R. Montes and Valerie A. Montes of Oakland.

Financial desperation may have been the motivation to defraud the victim, as Ronald Montes has a history of bankruptcies, evictions, and other court judgments against he and his wife Valerie.

This real estate fraud is now before the Alameda County Superior Court, and District Attorney for investigation. In the meantime, we are urging our community to help bring this evil to light.

The victim suffers from a terminal medical condition, and stress like this can shorten his life expectancy even more. Fabio Garcia stole the victim's car to make it harder to get to court. This did not stop him from reporting the fraud and filing a lawsuit against all parties involved.

PUBLIC OUTRAGE
We invite anyone to join our historic movement for justice against these despicable acts.

After a great time at the Bakersfield Grand York Rite Sessions, we get right back to "work", supporting our newly installed Grand High Priest Ted G. Hammack. What a Grand Fellow, highly decorated, with a tremendous history, all the way from the dust bowl, to his recent accomplishments serving in the Bakersfield, Kern County area. We bow in deep respect. I also bow to our closer in the neighborhood, MEC Phil Hardiman, now Past Grand COMPANIONS and SIR KNIGHTS: Our President has been busy earning a living and missed our February meeting. At our February meeting, chaired by our 1st Vice President, Bob Whitfield, there were 2 officers and 9 members present representing all 7 York Rite Bodies. A discussion relative to the re-instituting a rendition of the Bill Tool Springtime Festi-val was the principal subject. After considering several options available, it was the census that any action should be held over to next year. Among the obstacles were the March 19th Royal Arch Degrees offered in Sacramento, the Triennial Conclave of the Grand Encampment of the Knights Templar of USA in Los Angeles from April 21-23, the Spring Festival held in Palo Alto on May 7 & 14 plus the General Grand Sessions of the Grand York Rite in Bakers-field. It was proposed that the Springtime Festival be located in Stockton, March 2012, with the Bay Area providing degree teams as needed. The reception for the York Rite Grand Presiding Officers was reviewed with EC Tony Yuson appointed as the Master of Ceremonies. The reception will be at 3 p.m. social and din-ner on Saturday, August 6, followed on the following day with Coast Counties Association picnic and reception. It was decided to award the Lifetime Masonic Achievement Award of the Association be awarded to Sidney H Cerates on Saturday, September 17th at the Crow Canyon Lodge in Castro Valley. Details to be determined at a later date. Our Grand Commander, David Kussman, has arranged to have the Triennial Conclave of the Grand Encampment to assemble at the LA Shriner’s Auditorium on April weekend 22-24. Buses from the several local Commanderies will be available. Please e-mail to Bob Whit-field at callbob1@gmail.com for specific details if you are interested in going. The General Grand Sessions will be held at the Double Tree Hotel in Bakersfield, April 21 to 25. Please check with your Secretary/Recorder for the registration forms. We urgently recommend that other officers and members of our constituent bodies are welcomed at our meetings on the 2nd Monday of the month. DAVID M.
